Sarah Adams is a Dallas-born and Denton-based filmmaker, actress and improviser.
Recent producing projects include the independent short series Supporting Roles (Official Selection - Austin Film Festival, Short. Sweet. Film Fest, and HollyWeb) and the short The Service Elevator (Official selection and Short finalist - USA Film Festival). The Service Elevator is the most recent production of The Monthly Junk, a collaboration between Adams and her comedy-partner-in-crime, Maggie Rieth Austin, aimed at creating original work for stage and screen.
Adams has also appeared in a number of independent films including the award-winning short film The Mink Catcher (2016 Telluride Film Festival, SXSW 2016, DIFF 2016) and in numerous national television commercials including Capital One, Doritos, Verizon, and Progressive.
In addition to her on-screen work, Sarah takes the stage regularly at Dallas Comedy House.
Writing credits include: The Service Elevator, Girl Ghost Getters, Me Myself & Time, My Friend Algebra, Puppet & Me and like, tons of digital shorts.
Her dogs think she is hilarious.
